Bella Vista Sydney Hills Gymnastics

Our Playgroup is the perfect place for parents or caregivers of little movers (6 months to 5 years old) to connect, play and make new friends.
Run by our experienced coaches, you and your child can enjoy playtime in our fully equipped gym, where you can also connect with other parents. The one hour session opens with a song filled warm- up, followed by a free roaming session where the kids get to play and explore our gym full of gymnastics equipment and fun sensory toys. Each session is closed with a cool down followed by some delicious biscuits to share.Our Playgroup sessions are casual, with no long-term commitment required. You can book each session around your busy schedule, making it easy to fit into your family’s routine. We can’t wait to meet you!
