Our playgroup is the perfect space for parents and caregivers of little movers aged 6 months to 5 years to connect, play, and build friendships!
Led by our experienced coaches, each one-hour session takes place in our fully equipped gymnastics centre, giving your child the freedom to move, explore, and grow. Sessions begin with a fun, song-based warm-up, followed by freedom to explore our gymnastics equipment and sensory toys designed to support early development. We finish with a calm cool-down and a biscuit break.
Playgroup sessions are casual and flexible, with no long-term commitment required. Simply book the sessions that suit your family’s schedule — perfect for busy parents!
