Eastern Suburbs Mothers’ Group (Nurturing Beginnings)

A warm, welcoming weekly group for mothers and babies aged 0–12 months in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. Families can expect a calm, baby-friendly space to connect with other local mums, share experiences and build genuine friendships during the first year of parenthood.

Sessions are guided by a qualified facilitator and include relaxed conversation, practical support and accessible, evidence-based insights into infant development, bonding, play and everyday life with a baby. Babies are free to feed, sleep, move and explore at their own pace.

The group is designed to support both mothers and babies, reduce isolation and make it easier for families to access trusted guidance, connection and community close to home.
