Prize Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Playgroup NSW (ABN: 97 616 861 198 of 110 Sussex Street, Sydney NSW 2000).

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to individuals who have attended a playgroup in the last 12 months.
• Participants must be residents of New South Wales (NSW), Australia.
• Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to enter

• To enter, participants must complete the Community Playgroups Survey during the promotional period.
• Only one entry per person is permitted (unless otherwise stated).
• Entries that are incomplete or submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.

4. Promotional period

• The prize draw opens on 04 June 2026 and closes on 30 June 2026 at 5PM (AEST).

5. Prize

• The prize is one of three Lego packs.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if required.

6. Draw and notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• The draw will take place on 1 July 2026.
• The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 5 business days of the draw.

7. Unclaimed prize

• If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the promoter may conduct a redraw to award the prize to another entrant.

8. Privacy

• By entering, participants consent to their personal information being collected and used for the purpose of administering the survey and prize draw.
• Personal information will be handled in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy.

9. General conditions

• The promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The promoter is not responsible for any technical issues that may affect entry.

10. Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered in connection with this prize draw or prize.
