As part of NSW Government’s Start Strong Pathways initiative, Playgroup NSW has been awarded $1.754 million over 2 years to deliver “Play Strong” supported playgroups across the state, that provide early learning pathways for vulnerable communities, and promote the importance of early childhood education. 

Playgroup NSW and Goodstart have partnered to support children with early childhood development and education.

Playgroup NSW now has more than 25,000 family members across 80% of the postcodes in NSW.

Playgroup Australia is to partner with the Australian Digital Health Agency (ADHA) to provide information for members and stakeholders about the My Health Record Expansion Program.
The partnership aims to provide information about My Health Record and its benefits for all Australians, and to advise those who choose not to have one how to opt out of the process.

Playgroup NSW has launched a FREE membership model, a new initiative for families with children under 5 years old.
