Playgroup NSW Announces New Branding

We're delighted to unveil our new brand identity.

The cornerstone of our new branding is our redesigned logo. The strong "P" stands for more than the first letter of our organisations name. Its eight colours represent the playgroup national movement with a colour for each state and territory. The colours also reflect the diversity and inclusiveness of our playgroups and the children and families who participate.

"Our new branding is contemporary, fun and inclusive - everything playgroup is all about."

"We're proud of our 44 year history of being a key social network for families and a critical part of social infrastructure of communities. Our new branding represents our commitment to continuing to grow and change," said Karen Bevan, Playgroup NSW CEO.

Playgroup is an iconic Australian movement. Our goal is for our "P" logo to become iconic and an instantly recognisable logo.

Over the next few months we'll be rolling out the new brand across our website, other digital platforms and on all our printed materials.

Tape Art

Children love experimenting with new art techniques. Tape art allows your pre-schooler to explore paint, colours, shapes and textures, while creating a visual art masterpiece. Craft activity sponsored by My First Crayola.


NEW Family Concession Membership

Playgroup is one of the first, and most important social networks for children and families.

We dedicate each day at Playgroup NSW to ensuring that playgroups are inclusive and accessible for all families with young children.

Playgroup NSW offers services that are inclusive, providing in addition to the hundreds of general playgroups that meet each week, numerous groups that satisfy the specific needs to families and their children. some of these include Dad's groups, babies and first time parents groups, language specific groups and intergenerational groups to name just a few.

Our low annual fee of $39 enables many families to experience playgroup and its many positive benefits for parents, carers, grandparents and children. However, we know that many families in NSW are experiencing financial challenges. Therefore as of March, 2016 Playgroup NSW is introducing a NEW Concession Membership of $20 per year for Health Care Card Holders.

Playgroup NSW is also able to respond individually to families who do not have the capacity to pay a membership fee - Please contact our friendly membership team directly by telephone for a confidential discussion on how we can assist.
