Summary: Massages are a wonderful experience regardless of your age. Massaging your baby provides tactile stimulation and increases your baby’s body awareness.

  • Remove your baby’s clothing (you may choose to keep their nappy on)
  • Using a gentle, non-irritant oil, baby powder or just your hands, gently make circular motions all around their body.
  • Talk or sing to your baby throughout the massage to strengthen your emotional bond.
